Fruity peach and raspberry crumble with cinnamon-spiced oat topping - a sweet summer treat.
Ingredients:
  • 3 fresh peaches, pitted and sliced into equal crescents
  • 1 pint fresh raspberries
  • 0.75 cup white sugar, divided
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon, divided
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1.25 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, cubed
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • In a bowl, toss together juicy peaches, tart raspberries, 1/2 cup of sweet white sugar, a hint of aromatic cinnamon, and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
  • In a separate bowl, blend oats, flour, butter, remaining 1/4 cup white sugar, brown sugar, and salt to create a smooth crumble topping.
  • Spread the fruit mixture evenly in a large ceramic baking dish, then cover it generously with the oat crumble mixture.
  • Simply bake until golden brown, approximately 35 minutes in the preheated oven.
