Sweet Peach and Raspberry Gratin-Crumble: a fusion of French elegance and homey comfort in one delicious dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 x 820g can peach slices, drained
  • 1 x 415g can raspberries in syrup, drained
  • 375ml (1 1/2 cups) bought vanilla custard
  • 100g (about 5) Coconut Macaroons
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C while you arrange the peaches on the bottom of a 1.5L (6-cup) ovenproof dish, then sprinkle the raspberries on top.
  • Drizzle the velvety custard over the ripe peaches and juicy raspberries, then sprinkle the crumbled macaroons on top.
  • Place in the oven for 15 minutes, or until the custard is bubbling and the crumble topping turns a beautiful golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
