Create a stunning dessert effortlessly with Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ French vanilla cake mix.
Ingredients:
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Delights Super Moist™ French Vanilla Cake Mix
  • 1 tablespoon water, or coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 cups toasted coconut, fancy flake
  • 2 cups frozen peaches
  • 2 cups frozen raspberries
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat, whisking until it turns golden brown with bubbles forming.
  • Combine the browned butter, cake mix, coconut milk or water, and toasted coconut in a large bowl until well mixed using a fork.
  • Combine peaches, raspberries, and 1 cup of cake mixture in a 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cake mixture on top. Bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Serve with fresh cream or ice cream.
