Peach puree, white wine, triple sec, and sparkling wine create a deliciously refreshing peach sangria.
Ingredients:
  • 4 large fresh peaches - peeled, pitted, and sliced
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 0.5 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 2.5 cups dry white wine
  • 0.5 cup triple sec liqueur
  • 1 (750 milliliter) bottle sparkling white wine, chilled
Instructions:
  • Puree ripe peaches, hot water, brown sugar, and cinnamon until velvety in a blender or food processor. Pour the mixture into a pitcher, then whisk in dry white wine and triple sec. Refrigerate covered for a minimum of 4 hours to chill thoroughly.
  • Pass the peach mixture through a large cheesecloth-lined sieve, squeezing the cloth to extract all the juices. Transfer the juice to a large pitcher and mix in sparkling white wine.
