Bubbly peach sangria with prosecco, fresh peaches, mint, and ginger - a refreshing summer sip.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (750ml) bottle prosecco, well-chilled
  • 2 peaches, thinly sliced
  • 2 limes, thinly sliced, divided use
  • 1 Tablespoon torn fresh mint leaves
  • 1” knob of ginger, finely grated
  • 1 cup Cointreau
  • 12 ounces sparkling water, or to taste
  • Additional mint leaves for optional garnish
Instructions:
  • Refrigerate prosecco at the start of the day. Mix peach slices, Cointreau, lime slices, mint leaves, and grated ginger in a lidded container. Chill for at least 6 hours, ensuring peaches are fully submerged.
  • Transfer the peach mixture to a large serving pitcher, then pour in the prosecco and gently mix together. Serve and enjoy!
  • Divide the fruit among the glasses, pour in the sangria, and top off with 2 ounces of sparkling water per glass. Garnish with the reserved lime slices and extra mint leaves as desired.
