Spiced peach tea sangria

Elevate classic sangria with a refreshing peach iced tea twist for summer.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pomegranate, seeds removed
  • 1.25 litres Fuze Juicy Peach Iced Tea, chilled
  • 1 yellow nectarine, thinly sliced
  • 1 white nectarine, thinly sliced
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 8 whole cloves
  • 1 yellow peach, thinly sliced
  • 750 ml bottle sparkling rose, chilled
  • Fresh mint, optional
Instructions:
  • Distribute pomegranate seeds in an ice cube tray, filling halfway. Save any extras. Top with tea, freezing for 3-4 hours until solid.
  • Transfer the leftover tea into a spacious serving jug. Combine nectarine slices, cinnamon, cloves, and half of the peach slices. Seal with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator as the ice-cubes solidify.
  • Take out the frozen ice cubes and combine them with the remaining peach slices in the tea mix. Pour in chilled rose. Optionally garnish with additional pomegranate seeds and mint sprigs. Serve.
