Peach-Praline Tart

Quick and easy Bisquick® tart - a delightful dessert ready in just 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 can (21 oz) peach pie filling
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Whipped topping, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F. Combine Bisquick mix and sugar in a medium bowl. Use a pastry blender (or 2 knives) to cut in the butter until the mixture is crumbly. Press the mixture firmly onto the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch tart pan or quiche pan without greasing it.
  • Bake until lightly golden brown, about 10-12 minutes. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before enjoying.
  • Combine pie filling, pecans, and lemon juice in a medium bowl until well mixed. Spread the mixture evenly into the crust. Sprinkle with cinnamon, then gently remove the pan's sides. Cut the tart into wedges and serve with whipped topping.
