Peaches and Cream Cheesecake Crumble

Whip up a fabulous peach cream cheese dessert using fresh or frozen peaches and sugar cookie mix for a delicious treat that's simple and delightful.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Sugar Cookie Mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 6 fresh peaches, peeled, pitted and cut into 1/2-inch slices (about 6 cups)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and generously spray a 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Combine cookie mix and melted butter in a large bowl until a crumbly mixture forms. Set aside.
  • Mix cream cheese, 1/4 cup of sugar, and vanilla in a small bowl until smooth. Set aside.
  • Toss peaches in a large bowl with 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon. Spread peaches evenly in baking dish. Spoon dollops of cream cheese mixture over peaches. Sprinkle with cookie mixture.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until crumble topping turns golden brown. Serve warm. Refrigerate any leftovers covered.
