Delicious peach biscuits perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 ripe peaches, peeled, pitted and coarsely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 425°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  • Combine Bisquick® mix and granulated sugar in a large bowl. Gently mix in chopped peaches. Incorporate 1/2 cup of whipping cream and melted butter, folding gently until a dough forms.
  • Gently transfer the dough to a cookie sheet. Using your hands, press down on the dough to create a 10x7-inch rectangle that is about 1-inch thick.
  • Score the dough with a pizza cutter or large knife to create 15 biscuits.
  • Bake until biscuits are a beautiful golden brown, about 15 to 17 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining 1/2 cup of whipping cream and powdered sugar until you achieve a smooth glaze. Drizzle the glaze over the warm biscuits.
