Indulge in a creamy peach and white tea smoothie without any dairy.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups soymilk
  • 8 bags peach-flavored white tea
  • 3 cups frozen sliced peaches
  • 1/4 cup honey
Instructions:
  • In a 1-quart saucepan, bring the soymilk to a gentle boil over medium-high heat while stirring continuously. Remove from heat, add tea bags, and steep for 5 minutes. Discard tea bags and chill the mixture in the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • In a blender or food processor, combine chilled soymilk, peaches, and honey. Blend on high for about 1 minute until smooth. Divide the mixture into 2 glasses and serve right away.
