Ingredients:
  • 260g peanut butter
  • 200g brown sugar
  • 2.50 gm bicarbonate of soda
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 185g choc bits
Instructions:
  • 1. Preheat your oven to 200°C. 2. Lightly grease two baking trays and line them with non-stick baking paper. 3. In a bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar, bicarbonate of soda, and egg. 4. Stir in chocolate bits.
  • Shape teaspoons of the mixture into balls and place on the tray. Gently press with a fork. Bake until light golden, for about 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool on the tray before transferring to an airtight container.
