Elevate classic yellow cake mix into irresistible peanut butter chocolate chip cookies. Quick and easy pantry staple recipe for soft, delicious treats. Perfect with milk or for making indulgent ice cream sandwiches. Transform your cookies with this secret ingredient!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 1/4 cups crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 bag (11.5 oz) milk chocolate chips (2 cups)
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick cookie sheets). In a large bowl, use an electric mixer on medium speed to blend cake mix, peanut butter, brown sugar, butter, and eggs until smooth. Gently fold in chocolate chips.
  • Place dollops of dough, each rounded tablespoonful, on ungreased cookie sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart. Gently press down on each dough mound with your fingers to slightly flatten.
  • Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until edges are set but centers are still soft. Allow to cool for 1 minute, then transfer from cookie sheets to cooling racks. Store covered.
