Peanut Butter and Jam Bars

Irresistible frosted peanut butter and jam swirl bars.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ peanut butter cookie mix
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Vanilla Frosting
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup seedless raspberry or strawberry jam
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and generously spray the bottom of a 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • Mix all Cookie Base ingredients in a large bowl until a soft dough forms. Press the dough into the pan using floured fingers. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until the edges are light golden brown. Allow to cool completely for about 30 minutes.
  • Combine frosting, milk, and peanut butter in a small bowl until smooth. Spread this mixture over the base. Drop teaspoonfuls of jam over the frosting, then use a knife to create a marbled design. Chill for 20 minutes until set. Cut into 9 rows by 4 rows to make bars.
