Indulge in a perfect union of PB&J and brownies with luscious peanut butter frosting and jam swirls, no crusts to worry about!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Devil's Food Cake Mix
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Vanilla Frosting
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jelly
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan) and lightly grease the bottom of a 13x9-inch pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine cake mix, butter, egg, and milk until a dough forms. Stir in peanut butter chips. Spread the mixture evenly in a pan. Bake for 16 to 18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted 2 inches from the side of the pan comes out clean. Allow to cool completely for about 1 hour.
  • Combine frosting, peanut butter, and milk in a medium bowl until smooth. Spread this mixture over the brownies. In a small bowl, stir the jelly until smooth. Drop small spoonfuls of jelly over the frosting, then swirl with a knife for a marbled effect. Cut into bars and store in the refrigerator.
