Peanut Butter and Jelly Overnight Oats

Delicious overnight oats with PB & J flavor, simple to prepare, crowd-pleasing portable breakfast.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups almond milk
  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 0.25 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup, or more to taste
  • 1 pinch coarse salt
  • 0.25 cup strawberry preserves
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter, or more to taste
  • 0.5 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • 0.25 cup slivered almonds
Instructions:
  • Combine almond milk, oats, 1/4 cup peanut butter, chia seeds, maple syrup, and salt in a bowl. Chill covered in the refrigerator for 8 hours to overnight for a delicious overnight oats breakfast.
  • Just before serving, swirl in strawberry preserves, the rest of the peanut butter, and additional maple syrup if desired. Garnish with sliced strawberries and slivered almonds.
