Easy to make peanut butter blossoms topped with chocolate kisses, perfect for holiday cookie swaps!
Ingredients:
  • 1 3/4 cups white sugar
  • 1 (18 ounce) jar smooth peanut butter
  • 36 milk chocolate candy kisses (such as Hershey's Kisses®), unwrapped
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and pour 1/2 cup of sugar into a shallow bowl.
  • Combine peanut butter, the rest of the sugar, and eggs in a mixing bowl until mixed. Shape into 36 small balls.
  • Roll the balls in the remaining sugar until fully coated, then place them 1 inch apart on ungreased baking sheets.
  • Bake until the edges crack and the bottom is lightly browned, for 12 to 14 minutes in the preheated oven.
  • Take the cookies out of the oven and quickly place a chocolate kiss in the center of each one. Allow them to cool on the baking sheets for 1 to 2 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely for about 15 minutes.
