Decadent chocolate cookie dough studded with irresistible peanut butter chips for a flavor-packed treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.66666668653488 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.75 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups peanut butter chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and give those 2 cookie sheets a quick greasing.
  • Using an electric mixer, blend sugar and butter in a large bowl until smooth and fluffy. Add the first egg and continue beating. Mix in the second egg and vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Stir the dry mixture into the creamed mixture until just combined. Gently fold in the peanut butter chips and drop heaping teaspoonfuls of the cookie dough onto the prepared cookie sheets.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes until edges are set. Then, cool briefly on the baking sheets before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
