Decadent chocolate-peanut butter chip cake mix cookies.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup applesauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon soybean oil
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package chocolate fudge cake mix
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter chips
  • 0.5 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect baking temperature.
  • Combine applesauce, eggs, and oil in a large bowl until smooth. Add cake mix and mix well. Fold in peanut butter chips, chocolate chips, and pecans. Drop spoonfuls or roll into balls onto ungreased cookie sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
