Make adorable peanut butter cup cookies in mini muffin pans for a deliciously peanut buttery treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1.75 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 cup butter, softened
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 40 miniature chocolate covered peanut butter cups, unwrapped
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C), then delicately sift together the flour, salt, and baking soda, setting them aside for their culinary debut.
  • Combine the butter, sugar, peanut butter, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in the egg, vanilla, and milk until well incorporated.
  • Incorporate the flour mixture thoroughly.
  • Roll the mixture into 40 equally-sized balls and carefully place each one into an ungreased mini muffin pan.
  • Bake at 375°F for 8 minutes.
  • Take out of the oven and promptly press a mini peanut butter cup into each ball. Allow to cool and gently remove from the pan.
