Indulgent chocolate and peanut butter cookies loaded with peanut butter M&M's™ and Reese's® cups for the ultimate treat!
Ingredients:
  • 1 egg
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 24 Reese's peanut butter cups miniatures, unwrapped
  • 3/4 cup M&M's® peanut butter chocolate candies
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Combine brownie mix, melted butter, egg, flour, and water in a large bowl until fully incorporated. Allow the mixture to rest for 15 minutes.
  • Form the dough into 24 (1 1/2-inch) balls, then flatten each ball into a 2-inch circle in the palm of your hand. Press a peanut butter cup, bottom side down, into the center of each circle and wrap the dough around it to seal completely. Arrange the cookies 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets and place M&M’s™ candies on top of each cookie.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are set. Let cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack. Allow to cool completely for about 30 minutes. Store in an airtight container.
