Indulge in peanut butter ice cream cones dunked in rich melted peanut butter and chocolate, sprinkled with crushed peanuts for a decadent frozen treat.
Ingredients:
  • 12 sugar-style ice cream cones with pointed ends
  • 2 1/4 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 container (1 1/2 quarts) peanut butter cup ice cream
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup peanuts, chopped
Instructions:
  • Place each ice cream cone in a small glass or cup. Microwave 1/4 cup of chocolate chips in a small microwavable bowl on High for 30 to 60 seconds, stirring once, until smooth. Transfer melted chocolate into a small resealable plastic bag, seal, cut off a corner, and drizzle chocolate in the bottom of each cone.
  • Fill each cone generously with ice cream, using a small scoop to add a perfect scoop on top. Freeze for about 30 minutes until firm.
  • Microwave the peanut butter and 2 cups of chocolate chips in a medium bowl on High for 1 minute. Stir until melted, then let it cool for about 10 minutes. Transfer chopped peanuts to a small bowl.
  • Take the ice cream cones out of the freezer. Dip the top of each cone into the chocolate-peanut butter mixture one by one. Quickly roll them in peanuts. Place the cones back into glasses and return them to the freezer until fully set.
