Peanut butter-infused chunky granola: Enjoy on its own, with milk, or mixed into yogurt or trail mix.
Ingredients:
  • PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 0.33333334326744 cup Peter Pan® Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 0.33333334326744 cup Pure Wesson® Canola Oil
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 4 cups quick-cooking rolled oats, divided
  • 0.5 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 300 degrees F and generously spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray, then set it aside.
  • In a small saucepan, gently heat peanut butter, oil, and honey until smooth and pourable. In a blender or food processor, finely grind 1 cup of oats. In a large bowl, mix the ground oats with the remaining oats, sugar, and salt. Stir the warm peanut butter mixture into the oat mixture until well combined. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes to ensure even cooking. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before breaking into delicious chunks. Let cool completely on baking sheet before transferring to an airtight container to store at room temperature for up to 7 days.
