Indulgent creamy peanut butter ice cream, perfect with chocolate syrup or cake for peanut butter lovers.
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups half-and-half cream
  • 3 cups non-fat dry milk
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1.5 cups sugar
  • 1.5 cups peanut butter
  • 4 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Combine half-and-half, dry milk, and milk in a large saucepan over low heat. Heat gently, stirring to dissolve the dry milk. Add peanut butter and sugar, stirring until smooth and sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, mix in vanilla, cool, and refrigerate.
  • Mix the ingredients well by hand or in a blender until smooth. Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and freeze as per the manufacturer's guidelines.
