Indulge in our irresistible peanut butter rocky road brownies loaded with chocolate, peanut butter, marshmallow, peanuts, and candies. Elevate your brownie game with this decadent treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (17.8 oz) Betty Crocker™ Delights Supreme Triple Chunk Brownie Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box for cakelike brownies
  • 1 cup marshmallow crème (from 7 oz jar)
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons milk
  • 16 Reese's peanut butter cups miniatures, unwrapped, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped salted peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (or 325°F for dark or nonstick pan) and generously grease the bottom of a 9-inch square pan with shortening or cooking spray.
  • Prepare and bake the brownies following the instructions on the box for a cakelike texture. Allow them to cool completely on a rack for about 1 1/2 hours.
  • Combine marshmallow creme, peanut butter, and milk in a medium bowl and use an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Spread the mixture over the cooled brownies, then sprinkle with candies and peanuts.
  • In a small microwave-safe bowl, microwave chocolate chips on High for 20 to 40 seconds, stirring halfway, until smooth. Transfer to a resealable plastic bag, seal partially, and snip a small corner. Drizzle over the top and refrigerate until set, about 15 minutes. Cut into 4x4 rows before serving.
