Delight peanut butter and chocolate fans with these irresistible salty-sweet brownies.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Dark Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups mini pretzel twists
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8- or 9-inch square pan with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the brownie mix, water, and 1/2 cup of melted butter. Add the eggs one at a time, making sure to mix well after each addition. Then, gently break half of the pretzel twists into pieces and fold them into the brownie batter. Spread half of the batter evenly into the pan and save the remaining batter for later.
  • In a small bowl, combine Peanut Butter Swirl ingredients until smooth. Spoon onto brownie batter in pan. Add remaining brownie batter between peanut butter spoonfuls. Swirl together with a knife. Finish by topping with the remaining pretzel twists.
  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until brownies are firm and edges are dry. Let cool for 30 minutes before serving.
  • In a small microwave-safe bowl, heat Chocolate Glaze ingredients on Medium (50%) in 1-minute intervals until smooth and melted, around 3 minutes total. Be careful not to overheat. Drizzle over cooled brownies and allow to sit for 20 minutes before cutting into 16 pieces. Enjoy!
