Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup butter, at room temperature
  • 3.5 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 dash green or red food coloring
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, use an electric mixer on low speed to beat butter until smooth and creamy. Gradually add confectioners' sugar and milk, continue beating until smooth. Mix in peppermint extract and food coloring, then beat on high speed until fluffy.
