Easy homemade peppermint syrup adds a festive touch to holiday drinks like eggnog, hot cocoa, or latte.
Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, bring water and sugar to a boil. Lower the heat to medium and stir for 4 to 5 minutes. Add peppermint extract, then remove from heat. Let the syrup cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid.
