Sugar-free coleslaw for a fresh and tangy twist.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 small head cabbage, shredded
  • 0.5 cucumber, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery with leaves, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 0.25 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Combine cabbage, cucumber, celery, cilantro, and parsley in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir dressing into slaw until well combined. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
