Ingredients:
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon crushed black peppercorns
  • 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoonbrandy
  • 1 pound medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
  • Prepare the shrimp marinade by combining crushed garlic, salt, crushed peppercorns, lemon juice, and brandy. Allow the shrimp to marinate in the refrigerator for at least one hour, or overnight for best flavor infusion.
