Ingredients:
  • 500.00 ml firmly packed fresh basil leaves
  • 40.00 ml pine nuts
  • 2 large garlic cloves, peeled
  • 60mls (1/4 cup) extra virgin olive oil
  • 20g (1/4 cup) grated parmesan
Instructions:
  • Add fresh basil leaves, pine nuts, and garlic to a food processor, and pulse until finely chopped.
  • Combine the extra virgin olive oil and parmesan in the food processor until smooth.
  • Chill in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to use.
