Cream cheese spread on luncheon meats, rolled around sour pickles for a tasty appetizer.
Ingredients:
  • 16 ounces sliced pastrami
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar dill pickles, cut into strips lengthwise
Instructions:
  • Spread a generous layer of cream cheese on each slice of meat. Add a pickle piece to one end and roll it up tightly. Repeat with the rest of the ingredients. Chill the rolls until ready to serve, then cut them into 1 1/2 inch pieces.
