Ingredients:
  • 125.00 ml rice wine vinegar
  • 107.50 gm caster sugar
  • 1 telegraph cucumber, cut into thin ribbons
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 20.00 ml finely chopped fresh dill leaves
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine vinegar, sugar, and 1/2 cup cold water. Stir and cook for 2 minutes until the sugar fully dissolves. Transfer the mixture to a heatproof bowl.
  • Combine cucumber and onion, then stir well. Let it cool completely before adding dill and stirring again.
