Whip up a savory picnic loaf packed with roast pork and fresh herbs in no time for a perfect outdoor or indoor feast!
Ingredients:
  • 1 Rustic Baguette
  • 150g mayonnaise
  • 11.80 gm Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
  • 130g chutney
  • 150g Roast Pork
  • 330g jar roasted peppers (capsicum), drained, thickly sliced
  • 60g baby rocket leaves
  • 40.00 ml basil leaves
Instructions:
  • Split the baguette lengthwise using a large serrated knife.
  • In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, and black pepper. Spread this flavorful mayo mixture over the baguette base. Then, generously spread tomato chutney over the baguette top. Arrange pork, capsicum, rocket, and basil over the dressed baguette base. Complete the sandwich with the baguette top and slice into quarters before serving.
