Whip up a quick and flavorful Homemade Pico de Gallo in 15 minutes. Fresh jalapeño, onion, cilantro, Roma tomatoes, lime juice, and salt. Perfect with chips, tacos, or as a topping for chicken. Get creative by adding garlic for a twist!
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups seeded, finely diced plum (Roma) tomatoes (about 6 medium)
  • 1/2 cup finely diced white onion
  • 1 medium jalapeño chili, seeded and finely chopped (about 3 tablespoons)
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Serve right away or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days before serving.
