Delicious mandarin orange cake with pineapple, nuts, pudding, and whipped topping. A crowd-pleasing treat that's perfect for indulging.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
  • 2 (11 ounce) cans mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare three 8-inch pans by greasing and flouring them.
  • Enhance cake mix with mandarin oranges and nuts following package instructions. Divide batter into 3 - 8 inch pans. Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let it cool.
  • Prepare the filling by mixing crushed pineapple with juice and pudding mix in a large bowl. Gently fold in the whipped topping, then spread the mixture between the cooled cake layers. Chill in the refrigerator.
