Garlic, lemon, and butter make succulent prawns shine. Don't forget crusty bread to soak up the delicious sauce!
Ingredients:
  • 1 large lemon, zested and juiced
  • 6 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 pound uncooked prawns, peeled and deveined
Instructions:
  • Combine the lemon zest with the crushed garlic.
  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in salt, parsley, garlic, and lemon zest to create a flavorful 'butter brew.' Mix well with a spatula.
  • Drizzle the vibrant lemon juice over the succulent shrimp and generously sprinkle with two tablespoons of fragrant lemon zest. Transfer the prawns to the skillet and sauté for roughly one minute on each side until the flesh is firm and opaque.
