Ingredients:
  • 12 large hard boiled eggs, peeled
  • 4 ounces finely shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup salad dressing (such as Miracle Whip)
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped pimentos, well drained, plus extra for garnish
  • 1 slice cooked, crispy, crumbled bacon
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (optional)
Instructions:
  • Halve the eggs lengthwise and carefully scoop out the yolks.
  • Combine yolks, cheese, salad dressing, mustard, vinegar, Worcestershire, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
  • Carefully incorporate the pimentos into the mixture, then elegantly fill each hollowed egg white half with the prepared mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  • Top your dish with vibrant pimentos, crispy bacon, and fresh dill, then refrigerate until you're ready to enjoy.
