Ingredients:
  • 36.40 gm olive oil
  • 300g green pimientos de Padron chillies (Spanish green chillies)
  • 80g almond
Instructions:
  • In a large frypan over medium-high heat, heat the oil until shimmering. Add the pimientos and cook for 3-4 minutes until the skins start to char. Toss in the nuts and a tablespoon of sea salt, stir for 1 minute to warm through. Serve immediately and enjoy with caution!
