Make-ahead recipe for a delicious dish that's super simple to prepare.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (10 ounce) can pina colada mix
  • 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (3.5 ounce) package flaked coconut
Instructions:
  • Follow the baking instructions on the box for a 9 x 13 inch cake.
  • Once the cake is out of the oven, use a meat fork to puncture holes all over the top (being careful not to touch the bottom, but no worries if you do). Combine condensed milk and Pina Colada mix, then drizzle it over the cake.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • Top with luscious whipped dessert topping, such as Cool Whip™, and generously sprinkle with coconut for added flavor and texture before serving.
