Treat your taste buds to zesty pineapple and lime ice pops - a family favorite!
Ingredients:
  • 750.00 ml diced fresh pineapple (see note)
  • 62.50 ml green cordial
Instructions:
  • Combine fresh pineapple and sweet cordial in a food processor or blender, blend until silky smooth. Use a fine strainer to pour the mixture into a jug, leaving behind any pulp.
  • Pour the mixture into a 6-hole ice-block mold, each hole with a 60ml capacity, leaving 5mm of space for expansion. Cover with the lids and freeze overnight or until solid.
