Quick and simple dessert to end your meal deliciously.
Ingredients:
  • 440g can crushed pineapple
  • 20.00 gm caster sugar
  • 0.63 gm ground cinnamon
  • 160g ready-made fresh pastry case (see note)
  • 7.80 gm shredded coconut
  • 30.00 ml flaked almonds
  • Double cream, to serve
Instructions:
  • Heat up the grill on medium heat.
  • Press pineapple through a fine sieve to remove excess liquid. Transfer to a bowl and mix with sugar and cinnamon. Fill pastry case with mixture, then sprinkle with coconut and almonds. Grill for 2 minutes until lightly browned. Serve with cream.
