Ingredients:
- 1 fresh pineapple, peeled and sliced
- 1 liter vodka (such as Stolichnaya®)
Instructions:
- Arrange pineapple slices in a decorative circle around the edges of a 2-quart wide-mouth glass jar, keeping the center open. Cover the pineapple with vodka until completely submerged. Seal the jar and keep in a cool, dark place for 10 days.
- Strain the vodka through a mesh strainer and return it to the jar. Refrigerate for up to two weeks.
