Try this festive peppery Negroni for a zesty Christmas cocktail.
Ingredients:
  • 25 ml Bombay Sapphire gin
  • 25 ml Martini Rosso (red vermouth)
  • 25 ml Campari or bitter liqueur
  • 5 whole pink peppercorns
  • 1 blood orange or regular orange
Instructions:
  • Mix together the gin, vermouth, Campari, and peppercorns to infuse the flavors. Let sit overnight or a couple of days for a light, sweet, bitter, and spicy dimension. Stir with ice, and garnish with a slice of orange before serving.
