Ingredients:
1.25 cups all-purpose flour
2tablespoons granulated sugar
0.25 tablespoonvanilla powder
0.5 cupmilk
1egg
2tablespoons butter, melted
1teaspoonrum flavoring
4ripe bananas, sliced
2cups oilfor frying
Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, and vanilla powder. Create a well in the center and pour in milk, egg, melted butter, and rum flavoring. Stir until smooth, then gently fold in banana slices until well coated.
Heat the oil in a wok or deep fryer until it reaches 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Spoon banana mixture into hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 10-15 minutes. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
