Indulge guilt-free with our pistachio cranberry bliss balls for a healthy treat.
Ingredients:
  • 125.00 ml dried cranberries
  • 85.00 gm desiccated coconut
  • 100.00 gm almond meal
  • 33.60 gm coconut oil
  • 53.60 gm golden syrup
  • 415.00 ml pistachio kernels
Instructions:
  • Pulse cranberries, coconut, almond meal, coconut oil, golden syrup, ¹⁄³ cup pistachios, and 2 teaspoons water in a food processor until the pistachios are finely chopped.
  • Finely chop the rest of the pistachios and place them in a bowl. Roll 1 level tablespoon of the mixture into a ball, then coat it with the chopped pistachios. Arrange on a plate and repeat with the rest of the mixture. Serve.
