Festive green Bundt cake, ideal for holiday celebrations.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
  • 2 (3.4 ounce) packages instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 0.5 cup packed brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 cup confectioners' sugar for dusting
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease and flour a 9 inch Bundt pan.
  • Combine the cake mix and instant pudding in a medium bowl. Mix in sour cream, oil, and eggs until well combined. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle a mixture of brown sugar, walnuts, and cinnamon over the batter. Top with the remaining batter.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour until the cake springs back when lightly touched. Let cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely. Dust with confectioners' sugar once cooled.
