Pita crisps with dip

Spicy, crunchy rounds for the ultimate snack.
Ingredients:
  • 6 x 16cm pita bread rounds
  • olive oil cooking spray
  • 7.50 gm Middle Eastern spice blend (see note)
  • 2 x 150g tubs artichoke with cashew and parmesan dip
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200°C. Lightly coat one side of each pita round with oil and sprinkle evenly with 1/2 teaspoon of spice blend. Cut each round into 12 triangles and spread them out on 2 large baking trays, ensuring they are not overlapping.
  • Bake for 10 minutes until beautifully golden and crisp. Then, let it cool completely on a wire rack.
  • Keep in an airtight container until serving time. Enjoy with your favorite dip.
