Deliciously untested member recipe.
Ingredients:
  • Canola oil spray
  • 1 pizza base (thin crust)
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 3 anchovies
  • 22.00 gm sweet chilli sauce
  • 20.00 ml dried sweet basil
  • 400g cherry tomatoes
  • 125g grated tasty cheese
  • 250g marinara seafood mix
  • 40.00 ml fresh oregano
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 220C. Line a pizza pan with baking paper and give it a quick spray of canola oil. Place the pizza base on the prepared tray and set it aside.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil and add garlic, anchovies, sweet chili sauce, basil, and cherry tomatoes. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 10 to 15 minutes until the sauce reduces and thickens. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  • Top pizza base with sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese, scatter marinara mix, and finish with fresh oregano.
  • Bake in a hot oven for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and the cherry tomatoes are slightly charred on top.
