Make a quick and delicious homemade marinara pizza in just 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 x 450g handmade pizza base with tomato paste
  • 6 (about 120g) scallops, roe attached, drained on paper towel
  • 10 (about 300g) green banana prawns, peeled, deveined
  • 1 x 375g tub smoked hickory mussels (Superior Gold brand), drained
  • 1 small (about 140g) salmon fillet, skin removed, cut into 3cm pieces
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper
  • 62.50 ml loosely packed fresh dill sprigs
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200°C. Spread the pizza base on a baking tray and bake for 5 minutes until heated. Top with scallops, prawns, mussels, and salmon. Drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper, and bake for another 7-8 minutes until golden brown and seafood is cooked through. Enjoy!
  • Garnish with fresh dill sprigs and cut into wedges before serving.
