Ingredients:
  • 1020.00 gm chicken style liquid stock
  • 500g chicken breast fillets
  • 400g packet dry coleslaw
  • 61.88 gm reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
Instructions:
  • In a large saucepan, bring the stock to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and gently add the chicken. Let it simmer for 10 minutes. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the chicken stand for another 10 minutes in the flavorful stock. Finally, remove the chicken from the stock and thinly slice it.
  • Place coleslaw in a large bowl. Mix together mayonnaise, lemon juice, and garlic, then season with salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the coleslaw, add chicken, and toss everything together. Serve.
